Hi. I am a new puppy. I don't have a name yet, I was born on 1 Sept 2008 at 0712 hrs. I am white with two black spots, one on each side of my head. I will be very busy squeaking, eating, pooping and sleeping for the next few weeks. At least the food is pretty good. My dog-mom takes pretty good care of me. Every day my human-mom picks me up and checks me. She weighs me and checks my eyes and ears, and sometimes clips my little toe nails so I don't scratch my dog-mom. Then she puts me back with my litter-mates. We all live in a little room with 4 white walls. This is our first world, but I sense there is a larger world beyond, waiting for me to explore. But I am too little to worry over that right now.

I have a NAME! I am Von Bonehenge White River of Dreams! They are calling me River. I think I like my new name. RIVER.... It even sounds nice - don't you think? What's a River??? Do they come in other colors, or only in white? I'm still busy squeaking, eating, pooping and sleeping. Another human came for a visit today. I think her name was Dr. Julie. She picked me up, then carefully cut my little thumbs off. It hurt. But she said it was better for me because if I ripped them off outside it would cause me lots more pain and I could bleed to death. I didn't understand any of that. I just know that it hurt. But she used super-glue to close the wound. Then it didn't hurt so much any more. Now I am tired - time for a nap.
